Lid Pancakes & Rutledge Bacon

Cooking Pancakes on the lid:

This is the lid for 10” D.O., and it worked fine for 3 pancakes at a time for the two of us (well 2 ½, the ½ being little Abby). The concave nature of the lid was a challenge. This would work better with our 14” lid or the 12” deep dish lid that we use for pizza. Anyway, helped reduce our packing.

We also cooked up some Cajun Bacon that we got at the small meat market near Rutledge, MO when we went to the Flea Market, Gun, and Dog Show there (which is really quite the experience).
