Cheesy Noodle-Corn Casserole

We made this recipe the other night as a side dish for our supper.  I really enjoyed it.  Matt didn't care one way or the other (but, his opinion doesn't really count given he doesn't like Macaroni and Cheese).

While this is a great side dish for a picnic, I also think with a few add-ins (such as ham or browned ground beef) this could become a main dish too.

Cheesy Noodle-Corn Casserole
10" Dutch Oven
14 coals on top, 8 on bottom

1 15-ounce can creamed corn
1 15-ounce can whole corn (don't drain)
1/4 cup butter
8 ounces processed cheese (Velveeta)
2 cups egg noodles (not cooked)

Mix everything together and bake 35-40 minutes.  Stir occasionally during baking to make sure all the noodles become soft.

How easy is that?  I don't think it could get much easier.  Let us know if you make this with any "add-ins".  We'd love to hear what your concoctions are!
